Lior Yaffe, co-founder and director of blockchain software company Jelurida, told Cointelegraph: “The existing blockchain industry is still quite forgiving towards mishaps like the Steemit incident, therefore I don’t think it will have a long-lasting effect. Consider that other protocols froze their operations for weeks or reversed malicious transactions and last I checked they were still doing well.”
